* ** Job Summary*
* The Construction Site Experience Strategist is responsible for leading and driving initiatives that enhance the employee experience across Black & Veatch construction job sites. This individual contributor role focuses on strengthening culture, morale, engagement, and communications for craft professionals and field-based teams while supporting the significant growth of the construction organization.​

This role partners closely with Construction, Workforce Services, Human Resources, Safety, Operations, Marketing, and Communications to ensure a consistent, inclusive, and engaging employee experience for construction employees nationwide. The Construction Site Experience Strategist plays a critical role in improving retention, attracting new talent, reinforcing safety culture, and positioning Black & Veatch construction as an employer of choice for current and prospective employees.

The role requires a strong understanding of construction operations, job-site environments, and project-based teams, along with demonstrated experience leading initiatives, managing change, and communicating effectively with field-based employees. This is primarily a field-facing role with regular presence on active construction job sites (ability to travel to sites as needed), as well as time spent in office environments.
