The South Dakota Retirement System seeks a skilled, customer-focused professional to join our Member Services team. This full-time role provides comprehensive retirement planning support, including:

• conducting workshops and seminars
• offering individual counseling sessions
• assisting with benefit initiation activities

• bachelor's degree
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• knowledge of retirement plans and related terminology

• strong verbal and written communication skills
• ability to present to groups and individuals
• attention to detail and tactful interpersonal skills
• analytical ability to calculate benefits and interpret complex issues

This position is exempt from the Civil Service Act. This position is eligible for Veterans' Preference per ARSD 55:10:02:08.
