Avera Majestic Bluffs/Avera Sister James Care Center is hiring an Onboarding Coordinator in the United States. The role coordinates onboarding for LTC facilities, partners with HR, and ensures a seamless new hire process while supervising administrative staff.
Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call about every 10th weekend. CNA certification within 1 year is required; preferred education includes an Associate's and health care experience.
