Salary: $27.12 - $33.89 per hour, depending on qualifications

Under administrative supervision, applies depth of knowledge and skill in complex and varied work situations while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include imaging and deployment of computers, installing and configuring software and peripherals and assisting users during deployments. Other duties include, but not limited to, troubleshooting hardware/software failures, processing break/fix tickets, replacing network equipment and creating documentation.

Ideal Candidate
  • Associate’s Degree or 2 years of work experience in a related computer support field is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Microsoft Operating Systems.
  • Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
  • Active Directory.
  • Microsoft Azure Entra .
  • Ability to work effectively alone or in a team environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve hardware/software issues on various computer hardware platforms.
  • Ability to create and document.
  • Skill to interface with users via our service delivery system, telephone, chat, or electronic mail.
  • Communicate well both verbally and in written form.
  • Manage time, prioritize work and complete work within assigned time frames.
  • Provide quality customer service.
  • Knowledge in the operation of computers and networking.
