The Opportunity
Funto Network is seeking an Environmental Procedures Manual Writer for an active public-sector RFP involving development of environmental process and procedures documentation to support a NEPA Assignment application.
Core Responsibilities
Draft, organize, and refine environmental process and procedures manual content.
Translate technical, regulatory, and process requirements into clear procedural guidance.
Create structured documentation for agency workflows, roles, responsibilities, reviews, and approvals.
Work with environmental compliance and transportation planning consultants to validate content.
Support editing, formatting, and quality review of final manual deliverables.
What You Bring
Experience writing procedures manuals, technical documentation, environmental guidance, or public-sector policy documents
Strong technical writing, editing, and document organization skills
Ability to turn complex requirements into clear process language
Experience with transportation, environmental review, NEPA, or government documentation is preferred
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Earnings, Payments, and Tax Records
Consultants will be able to track project earnings, payment status, and tax records inside the Funto Network mobile app.
Approved payments for this RFP opportunity will be processed through the app, and consultants will be able to request withdrawals from their available balance directly inside the app.
The app will also provide access to relevant payment history and tax-related records for consultant tracking and reporting.
