• Sign On Bonus of $5,000 for Full‑Time*

Applicants must have an unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) registration. If you are not yet a CNA but are interested in becoming one, full‑time candidates may receive CNA training at no cost to the company.

Starting wage is based upon experience.

As a registered Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will include:

• Performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents
• Observing changes in residents’ conditions
• Ensuring a safe environment for all residents
• Maintaining ongoing education and training
