Are you looking for a rewarding career in Skilled Nursing? Avantara Pierre is currently hiring Full‑Time and Part‑Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We offer flexible scheduling, including working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Sign On Bonus- Sign On Bonus of $5,000 for Full‑Time*
Applicants must have an unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) registration. If you are not yet a CNA but are interested in becoming one, full‑time candidates may receive CNA training at no cost to the company.
CompensationStarting wage is based upon experience.

As a registered Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will include:
- Performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for residents
- Observing changes in residents’ conditions
- Ensuring a safe environment for all residents
- Maintaining ongoing education and training
