Registered Nurse – Sign‑on bonus $5,000

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at Avantara Pierre. This full‑time role offers a salary range of $36‑$41.25 per hour, determined based on experience, and includes a sign‑on bonus of $5,000.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your duties include:

• Ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their care plans.
• Conducting resident assessments.
• Leading the care team and advocating for residents.
• Maintaining detailed, accurate documentation.

At a minimum, applicants must hold an unencumbered State of South Dakota RN license. Demonstrated experience in nursing and strong patient‑care skills are required.
