Position Highlights- Primary Nurse for Stacy Cwach, PA and Allison Johnson, CNP in Internal Medicine
- Acute Care Rotation:
Cover Fridays 1:00pm-7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm once every 10‑12 weeks - RN – $27.75 – $41.25 (possible $10,000‑$15,000 Sign On Bonus; possible $2,500 Relocation Bonus)
- LPN – $24.50 – $33.75 (possible $7,500‑$10,000 Sign On Bonus; possible $1,500 Relocation Bonus)
Responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients and families. Communicates with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care.
What you will do- Perform general nursing care to patients. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards. Coordinate patient care activities for the clinic.
- Prepare equipment and assist provider during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing of patients.
- Observe, record, and report patient’s condition and reactions to drugs and treatments to provider.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and ensure preferences are given to patients in emergency situations. Maintain timely flow of patients.
- Greets patients and prepares them for physical examination. Screen patients for appropriate information including obtaining the health history, taking vitals, and conducting a nursing assessment. Document obtained information in patient chart. Instruct patient in collection of samples and tests.
- Respond to patient phone calls in a timely manner with appropriate input from the physician.
- Educate patients and families about diagnostic process, medications, nutrition, and maintenance of health and wellness.
- Suggest solutions to patient care crisis problems and complaints.
- Maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies and materials. Ensure cleanliness. Prepare list of medical supplies needed.
- Ensure appropriate labeling of pathology specimens according to lab protocol as needed. Perform quality control and maintain records on all lab testing.

RequiredEducation, License/Certification, or Work Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Board of Nursing active license in the state of practice upon hire
