Job Description

We are currently searching for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at Avantara Pierre. This role is available for full‑time or part‑time hours with every other weekend and holiday required. We offer flexible scheduling, a sign‑on bonus of $5,000 for full‑time, and a starting wage based on experience.

Applicants should have an unencumbered South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As an LPN, you will be the backbone of the clinical department, ensuring residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents. You will help maintain a high standard of care and keep residents comfortable and safe.
