Registered Nurse – Sign‑on Bonus of $5,000

Avantara Pierre is rapidly growing, and we invite RNs to join with flexible scheduling. Hours are 12‑hour days or nights, with every other weekend and holiday required. The wage range is $36 to $41.25 per hour, determined based on experience.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must have a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota RN license. As an RN, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering medication and nursing care as directed by individual care plans
• Conducting resident assessments
• Leading team activities and advocating for residents
• Maintaining attention to detail to ensure resident comfort and safety
