Ready to join a team that keeps the mission moving? The Exchange Main Store is looking for motivated Stocker/Laborer to help keep our shelves full and our customers smiling. If you’re energetic, dependable, and love staying active, this is your moment. In this role, you’ll help keep our store running smoothly by ensuring merchandise is unloaded, organized, stocked, and ready for our customers.
You’ll also support store cleanliness and provide friendly, helpful service that enhances every customer’s shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
- Follow Safety Standards — Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety and operational procedures.
- Deliver Great Customer Service — Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products
- Stock Merchandise — Unload trucks, break down pallets, move product to the sales floor, and stock shelves accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain Store Cleanliness — Assist with general cleaning and minor facility upkeep inside and outside the store.
- Support Other Departments — Cross‑train and help in other areas as needed to support store operations.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and take initiative
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
- Must be 21 years old and available to work rotating weekends as needed.

Education:
High school or equivalent. Creditable job-related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a 9 months for 9 months basis.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
