A Brief Overview Operates, installs, services, and maintains mechanical and electrical systems, equipment and fixtures and other devices.
What You Will Do
- Installs, services, maintains and repairs the Reverse Osmosis Water Systems.
- Installs, services, maintains and repairs mechanical equipment, systems and utilities, heating systems, cooling systems, emergency electrical generator systems, domestic hot water systems, computerized HVAC control systems, pneumatic tubes, beds, pumps, operating tables, showers, etc.
- Constructs, installs and repairs equipment and furnishings as requested.
- Performs preventive maintenance procedures on assigned mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
- Documents essential information and unusual conditions regarding the various equipment and systems.
- Assists with other plant operations duties as requested.
Essential Qualifications
- Drivers License
- Licensing Board - 1-3 years prior experience with mechanical systems, boiler operation, plumbing, electrical and computer systems
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or
Work Experience:
- High School or GED Equivalent plus trade or vocational school
- Boiler Operator
- Licensing Board
