- Learn POS systems through a comprehensive training program
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site
- Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems
- Travel to Client sites (company vehicle provided)
- Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down
- Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation
- Maintain critical inventory systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience
- Self-motivated problem-solver
- Willingness to learn through our POS training program
- Nice to Have:
Two-year technical degree - Network connectivity knowledge
Demonstrates expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, with a focus on installing and deploying retail systems. Possesses a valid driver's license and a willingness to learn through a comprehensive POS training program.
