Deck Restoration Specialist
to join our team!

This role is perfect for someone who
values craftsmanship, takes pride in their work,and wants to
expand their skills
with a growing team.

• Perform pressure washing and soft washing
  services on homes, decks, patios, and roofs.
• Prepare wood decks, siding,and other surfaces for refinishing.
• Apply stains and paints
  with precision and care.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks
  related to deck repair and maintenance.
• Work closely with our team
  to complete projects efficiently and to our high standards.
• Assist our deck construction crew with new deck builds
  (opportunity to advance in this role if you excel at carpentry).

Our shop is located in
Lyman, Maine
, and we operate at
job sites throughout Southern Maine and New Hampshire
.

• Some prior experience in a related industry:
  painting, carpentry, construction, woodworking, or pressure washing
  .
• Attention to detail
  and a strong work ethic.
• A desire to
  work outdoors
  in all seasons.
• Ability to
  listen, learn, and follow instructions accurately
  .
• Strong
  communication skills
  and a
  team-oriented attitude
  .
• A
  customer-friendly
  attitude and professionalism.
• Physical ability
  to lift equipment and materials and
  work on ladders
  .
