The Career Launch Case Manager position works in a typical office environment. May conduct some duties outside of the office to attend meetings with partnering agencies. Candidate is expected to work 40 hours per week in the office, as scheduled, between 8:00 a.m.

-5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. This is not a remote position.

• Assist participants with accessing services through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor.
• Complete assessments to identify job skills as well as factors that limit potential employment opportunities.
• Provide individualized case management and counseling services to assist participants in removing barriers to employment.
• Develop employment plans, monitor program compliance, and coordinate services with resource agencies in the community.
• Implement job development and training opportunities for participants with various barriers to employment.
• Document all case management activities in detail.

A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. In lieu of a 4-year degree, 4 years of experience working in case management, counseling, human resources, or social services may be considered.
