Summer Maintenance Seasonal; Two Positions

The normal summer season is approximately May through September. Opportunities may exist to begin earlier and work later. Most positions involve outdoor work and strenuous physical labor. Seasonal employees are paid only for hours worked.

• Perform skilled activities on maintenance crew.
• Flagging
• Driving pilot car
• Repairing and installing delineators and signs
• Striping highways
• Repairing bridges and concrete
• Right-of-Way clean-up
• Hand or machine mowing
• Driving truck
• Asphalt patching
• Sealing
• Weed spraying
• Painting
• General clean up
• Transporting, loading and unloading materials

• Must be age 18.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, occasional heavy lifting and operate hand tools.
• Travel required for some positions.
