Overview

CDL A Drivers Earn 90K to 112K & Run 21 & Off 9 All Freight No Touch (Full Time) — Types of Jobs: OTR Van.

Class A drivers run 100% no touch freight with pay ranging from $90K–$112K per year. The schedule features home time: drivers are out 21 days and home 9 days (7 at home and 2 travel days). Our benefits, equipment, pay, and turnover are among the best in the industry.

• Operate 100% no‑touch freight as assigned.
• Remain on a 21 days out / 9 days home cycle; home for the 9 days (7 at home, 2 travel days).
• Base pay of $0.65–$0.70 CPM based on experience; hazmat may apply.
• Run routes in the Midwest, Mid Atlantic, Southeast, and parts of the Northeast; no deliveries anywhere in New York State.
• Approximately 65% of freight is moved at night; night driving is required.
• Trucks are Freightliners, KW, or Internationals, averaging ~18 months old and equipped with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat screen TV, and XM radio.
• Trucks are parked at terminals in Charlotte, NC;
  Columbus, OH; or Mansfield, PA.
• Full benefits start after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401K, and more.

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years, with two of those months in winter conditions (Dec–Feb). Drivers with local Upper Midwest or Northeast winter exposure and 1 year of Class A experience may qualify.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; no more than 2 in the last 12 months; none may be serious.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years or parking lot incidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months; not terminated from any driving job in the last 12 months; and no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
