Job Objective:
Creates concepts, develops designs, and produces basic to highly complex printed and/or electronic marketing, communications, sales and/or client deliverable materials. Works under limited supervision.
- Designs Materials:
Creates on brand design solutions for complex marketing, communications, sales and/or client deliverable materials, proofing graphics, advertisements, emails and/or web landing pages, web and social media content, print and/or digital materials. - Production Design:
As needed, updates existing materials or creates templated products – with an eye for improving each piece to meet specific client needs. - Production Planning/Vendor Management:
Manages the production and distribution of final products (print, post, animate, ship, etc.). This can include interactions with vendors or clients, such as photographers, printers and technology suppliers to ensure price/budget, quality, schedule and delivery of the above materials. - Project Planning:
Performs project planning for moderately complex projects. Collaborates with teammates, other staff and clients on content, communication concepts, themes, and approaches. - Review/Knowledge Sharing:
Provides final review of complex projects, with an eye for quality and brand compliance. Shares technical and design knowledge with peers. Mentors more junior staff for future growth within the discipline and firm. May supervise the work of junior staff on project work. - Brand/Identity Standards:
May contribute to the maintenance and development of company‑wide brand standards (LFT, website). - Software and Systems:
Maintains computer software and systems upgrades. Archives project files and associated assets in a timely manner. - Performs other duties as required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced knowledge of graphic design and typography principles and the ability to apply them to solve marketing and business challenges through visual storytelling.
- Advanced knowledge of current graphics design (and related) software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others at various levels throughout the firm.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with an eye for details and an ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8 Years of related experience.
