To supervise the performance and maintenance of the activities of the van sales representatives in order to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans.

Lead, drive and embed a customer focused sales culture.Conduct Gate Meetings before Market dailyFocus agenda in terms of Performance MTD, Execution and Discipline KPI’sEffective coaching Sales staff to increase Sales capability and performance.In-Market coaching of Van Sales RepresentativesEnsuring 100% hit rate of outlets within routeIndividual In Market visits with customers to address specific issuesBusiness development and growth of customer baseAttend meetings as and when requiredProactively develop and implement internal and external business development strategies to achieve business growth and increase market share.Pivot strategic directions and align changeConduct regular training sessions with training team on critical business skillsConduct Performance reviewsQualificationsWhat will qualify you for the role:
