LOCATION: Local school as assigned

REPORTS TO: Principal

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

TERMS: 187-day position paid following the board‑approved salary schedule

QUALIFICATIONS: State of Alabama Professional Educator Certificate and Highly Qualified in area of instructional responsibility

Design, redesign, and facilitate challenging, authentic, and meaningful work that appeals to students’ motives, interests, and learning styles.

Understand that failure is a valuable part of the learning process that occurs when students challenge themselves.

Performs other duties as required by school and system leadership.

EVALUATION: Job performance will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the State Department of Education and/or Pike Road Board of Education policy on evaluation of certified personnel.
