About the PositionY10 Tax Solutions is hiring a Tax & Accounting Assistant to help with administrative tasks, tax-season workflow, and basic bookkeeping. This is a great role for someone organized, reliable, and interested in learning tax and accounting while working directly with an Enrolled Agent.
Responsibilities- Enter client tax information into software
- Organize and upload client documents
- Track missing information and manage workflow tasks
- Prepare onboarding documents and follow‑up emails
- Categorize transactions and assist with bookkeeping
- Reconcile bank/credit card accounts
- Strong attention to detail
- Good with numbers and checklists
- Computer savvy, especially with AI tools
- Willing to learn tax and bookkeeping systems
- Experience with spreadsheets
$23–$25 per hour
Part‑time, seasonal (with potential to continue after tax season)
Flexible schedule and training provided
