AUTOMOTIVE TIRE TECHNICIANS ($800 New Hire Bonus)

NTB is part of the Mavis Tire family. We are looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today in the Baltimore, MD area at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers. Mavis offers eligible Automotive Tire Technicians guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you are the backbone of our business. You will receive competitive base compensation plus additional earning potential through weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate of pay is negotiable.

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments tied to every service you perform on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
• Learn through paid training and participate in our weekly performance-based incentive programs.

• No experience is required; paid training is provided.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to work 5 days each week.
