Valet Parking Attendant

Position Summary

To project a professional image at all times. Provide valet parking and front door guest services for visitors and guests.

• Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, facility policies and applicable pedestrian regulations.
• Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance and safety control.
• Drive both automatic and manual transmissions (stick).
• Competently work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
• Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and thanking each guest.
• Run to and from the vehicle parking area for long periods of time.
• Inform guests of valet options, relevant services, and hours of operation.
• Assist in keeping the front curbside congestion-free through traffic control, monitoring illegal parking and immediately parking vehicles.
• Assist each guest into and out of their vehicles, including car doors and belongings.
• Take the initiative to meet guests’ needs.
• Keep work area clean of debris.
• Follow established dress code and hygiene guidelines.
• Communicate with peers and management.
• Alert appropriate personnel if suspicious activity or unsafe driving conditions are noticed.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

• 1 year of customer service (Preferred).
• 1 year of ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (Preferred).

• Drivers License (Required) with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a Background Check.

Full-time and Part-time positions available.
