Associate, Investing Strategy

Savano Capital Partners is looking for a full-time Associate to join their investment team in Baltimore. In this role, you’ll be involved in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in the tech sector. • Identify and source new investment opportunities
• Build relationships with tech industry executives and investors
• Manage the deal pipeline and CRM
• Conduct business and industry analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and financial modeling
• Support and monitor current portfolio companies
• Contribute to internal projects to improve sourcing and processes

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance
• Comfortable with financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail is a must
• Based in Baltimore or willing to relocate
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
