We are a growing organization looking for an experienced Finance Transformation leader to help modernize and strengthen our finance function. This role will sit at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Technology, helping improve the systems, processes, reporting, and insights that support the business.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance Transformation to lead our finance team in the construction industry. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our company by driving strategic initiatives, implementing financial systems, and improving financial processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in finance leadership within a fast-paced environment and will be tasked with overseeing the company's finance transformation strategy.

• Lead and manage the finance transformation strategy to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the finance function.
• Develop and implement a finance systems roadmap, including ERP / EPM, workflow automation, close / consolidation, and FP&A.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Deliver financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the finance function, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align financial strategy and operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities for the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in finance and accounting, including an understanding of finance systems, budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting, and process improvement.
• Experience with ERP / EPM, workflow automation, close / consolidation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels within the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and its financial requirements is a plus.
