We are seeking an exceptional Permanent Director of Asset Management to join our dynamic team in the fast‑paced Construction industry. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of assets, implement strategic initiatives, and drive financial growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in financial analysis, portfolio management, and real estate finance.

They will possess exceptional skills in NOI Analysis, CAPEX, Capital Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Underwriting, Variance Analysis, and Portfolio Optimization. Proficiency in Yardi, Financial Modeling, Executive Reporting, and KPI Analysis is a must. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Overseeing and managing an extensive portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
• Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize portfolio performance.
• Conducting NOI Analysis, CAPEX, Capital Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Underwriting, Variance Analysis, and Portfolio Optimization to drive financial growth.
• Utilizing Yardi for financial modeling and executive reporting.
• Conducting KPI Analysis to measure the performance of assets and implement necessary improvements.
• Leading and mentoring a team of asset managers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform decision‑making processes.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in asset management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in Portfolio Management, NOI Analysis, CAPEX, Capital Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Underwriting, Variance Analysis, and Portfolio Optimization.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Financial Modeling, Executive Reporting, and KPI Analysis.
• A strong understanding of Real Estate Finance.
• Exceptional team leadership and cross‑functional leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be considered an asset.
