Associate Veterinarian

Compensation: Base salary range of $110,000–$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional bonus and incentive opportunities available.

Lakeview Animal Hospital is a family-owned, full-service small animal practice serving the Pikesville/Baltimore community since August 2024. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and supportive team.

You will provide high-quality medical care to canine and feline patients, including but not limited to: wellness and preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care. We value individualized medicine, strong client relationships, and a team-based approach to care.

• Perform physical examinations and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans
• Interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic results
• Perform surgical and dental procedures (as skill level allows)
• Educate clients on preventive care and long-term health management
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with support staff

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program
• Active Maryland veterinary license (or eligibility)
