Quality Manager

We're recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading precision manufacturing business supplying highly engineered components into the engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity to lead an established Quality team, take ownership of the Quality Management System, and drive continuous improvement across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Quality and inspection department team of 8.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead AS9100, NADCAP and customer quality audits.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs including scrap, rework and customer complaints.
• Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve product quality.

What We're Looking For

• Quality Management experience within precision manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100 and NADCAP quality systems.
• Hands-on CMM inspection experience.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, SPC and continuous improvement tools.
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
