Provide administrative support in the Admissions Office, assisting students, staff, and visitors. Ideal for students with strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities And Career Competencies- Greet, assist, and talk to prospective and current students, as well as parents on the phone and in person, and direct them to the appropriate department as needed. (C, CT, CSD)
- Assist with the input of applications for the office. (P, CSD, CT, T, TW)
- Assist all Admissions staff members, UG, KYCOM, and KYCO, with various projects/tasks. (TW, P, C, T, CTR)
- Assist in maintaining, scanning, and linking documents for prospective students with the Image Now system. (Inquiries and Applicants). (T, C, P, CSD, CT, CTR)
- Participate in the GROWL preparations for registration. (T, TW, C, CTR, P)
- Assist in keeping the office neat and clean. (P, TW, P, CT)
- Run errands as needed (Pick up mail and sort and deliver to appropriate person). (C, P, L,)
- Make Bear Juice when needed. (C, L)
- Input data in Ellucian for transcripts (T)
- Work with reports to update data in Ellucian (CT,T, P)
- Correct data in Ellucian (CT, T, L, P)
- Work with communication recruiting material (T, L, TW, L, P,
C) - Other duties as assigned.

Education/Skill Requirements: - Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must have experience working with office equipment, e.g. computer, copier, telephone.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Monday–Friday and during special events varies depending on workload. Closed Sunday. Flexible around the student schedule.
Relationships:Position requires daily contact with co-workers, supervisors, student workers, students, parents, faculty, staff, various campus departments, and the public to provide assistance and information.
