Interventional Radiologist Locums in Kentucky - Weekend Only Shifts

Interventional Radiology weekend coverage in eastern Kentucky with APP support and hospital lodging included.

Highlights

• Friday 5 PM to Monday 8 AM weekend call, occasional day shifts with night call
• PRN or recurring weekend blocks available
• Hospital-owned hotel with breakfast/snacks
• IMLC candidates accepted

Practice Setting

• Level II trauma center with dedicated IR suite
• Solo MD coverage with 1 to 2 APPs
• Epic EMR
• Single location - no floating

Schedule

• Weekend-only shifts
• Flexible block options
• Start in 30 to 45 days with temp privileges

Cases and Procedures

• Required:
  
  GI angio, thrombectomy, embolization, biopsies, ports, HD catheters
• Optional: nephrostomy, GB tubes, ablations, tunneled lines
• 4 to 8 procedures/day per MD

Requirements

• Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
• Active Kentucky license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA required

Travel Accommodations

• Flight, lodging, rental car, and mileage included
• Onsite hospital hotel within walking distance
