- Responsible for ongoing organization and cataloging of print and digital music library. — T, P, CT
- Maintains an online database of music, method books, textbooks, and other items in the music library. — T, P, CT
- Pulls, checks for parts, distributes, copies, and organizes music for ensemble rehearsals. — P, TW, CT
- Fulfills missing-part requests. — C, CT, P
- Collects, organizes, and refiles music after performances. — P, TW
- Notifies the director of issues with a given piece of music. — C, CT, P
- Works to update and improve the accuracy of the music library through the Band Library Audit & Preservation Initiative. — CT, T, P, CSD
- Transcribes missing parts, as needed, for POP literature. — CT, T, CSD
