Position: OR Nurse (RN) - Pikeville, Kentucky
This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse with Operating Room experience, located in Pikeville, KY. This contract position requires working 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities including one shift per week and one weekend per month.

Key responsibilities include supporting a variety of surgical procedures such as general OR cases, endarterectomy with stents and patches, aneurysm and vessel cleaning, orthopedic surgeries including totals, ORIF, arthroscopy, as well as laparoscopic and endoscopy procedures. Additional duties involve assisting with ENT procedures and providing PACU support during call-back situations.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of operating room experience
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience with general surgery, vascular surgeries, orthopedic and ENT procedures
• Ability to assist in PACU recovery during on-call hours
• Must reside within 100 miles of Pikeville, KY

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
