Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer/Support with hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair within Windows-based environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide timely support to end users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide desktop support to end users remotely and in person.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair Windows-based desktop systems.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain a valid driver's license, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.
- 1‑2 years of direct desktop support experience.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows environments.
- Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills.
