Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a designated zone of the store sales floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery for the zone;
Ensure store standards, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations;
Manage scheduling and staffing for unloading/processing merchandise to the sales floor and drive associate productivity;
Supervise associates within the assigned zone and ensure follow-up on directives; perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store as needed
