Support Bowling coaches in managing the campus Pro Shop, including customer service for student-athletes and upkeep of team equipment throughout the season. Learn day-to-day Pro Shop operations and assist with scheduling, preparation, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, efficient experience for all users.

• Coordinate with supervisors to schedule appointments with athletes; communicate clearly with peers and visitors - C, TW, P
• Complete assigned tasks on time and demonstrate initiative by taking ownership of unassigned work when appropriate - P, L, CSD
• Learn and apply new Pro Shop skills and processes; stay current with updated procedures - CSD, T, CT
• Troubleshoot issues quickly, propose solutions, and take responsibility for correcting mistakes - CT, P, L

Education Requirements:

Must be a current UPIKE student in good standing.
