Retail Sales Professional

Big Sandy Superstore – one of America’s Fastest Growing Home Furnishing Retailers. We carry appliances, electronics, furniture, mattresses and home decor. We seek sales‑driven individuals who can assist guests in turning their house into a home.

• Assist guests in selecting household items from our wide range of products.
• Provide product knowledge and suggestions to increase sales.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized and engaging sales floor.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Great listening ability.
• High energy people person with a sales focus and experience in a customer satisfaction environment.
• Available to work a retail schedule.
• Prior experience using Windows‑based computer programs.
• Basic reading, comprehension and numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly and efficiently.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent or a combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in a customer satisfaction environment preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
