Value Account Manager

Location: Hazard;
Pikeville

Pay Range: $54,210 annually plus mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Monday
- Friday; 8:00 am start time

The Value Account Manager (VAM) is responsible for managing sales growth in their assigned portfolio of accounts. Their goal is to meet or exceed annual business objectives and support the long‑term growth of Coca‑Cola Consolidated Inc within that portfolio. They must ensure execution of the commercial strategy in the Value channel of business.

Territory: Hazard, Booneville & Beattyville, KY

• Generate sales growth in the assigned account base through execution of commercial strategies.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
• Sell and order for customers within the Value channel.
• Sell in incremental packages, displays, and equipment.
• Ensure elements of the commercial plan remain in outlets for the full duration of program.
• Ensure pricing and plan‑ograms are correct for all accounts.
• Assist in cross‑merchandising point‑of‑sale elements.
• Collaborate effectively with field sales, distribution, and small‑store merchandising roles.

• 1+ year of previous sales experience preferred.
• Food/beverage industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Ability to use and understand mobile applications.
• Ability to work variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience to acquire required knowledge.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by company.
• Personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.

• Daily work in customer outlets.
• Work environment will vary.
