Tax Prep Intern

We're looking for enthusiastic and detail‑oriented part‑time Tax Prep Intern to join our team from May to August. This is an excellent opportunity for undergraduate Accounting students to gain hands‑on, real‑world tax experience within a dynamic, technology‑driven environment. Our interns play a vital role, performing many of the same tasks as our full‑time tax preparation team.

• Organizing and reviewing client tax documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assisting with the preparation of work papers and data cleanup using Excel.
• Preparing tax forms including 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120S, 1120 and 990.
• Supporting our internal compliance workflows.
• Learning about and utilizing automation tools that streamline modern tax operations.

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student studying Accounting.
• Possess strong attention to detail and excellent follow‑through.
• Demonstrate great communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and Adobe.
• Adept at learning new software applications.
• Bonus: familiarity with Quick Books Online (QBO), CCH Access, or advanced Excel functions.
