We are partnering with a high-growth, multi-location consumer business that is scaling rapidly across the United States. The organization is investing heavily in its finance infrastructure and is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to help drive process improvement, system optimization, and operational excellence as the business continues to expand.

The Director of Accounting will oversee core accounting operations, financial reporting, and the month-end close process while serving as the organization's primary Oracle Net Suite subject matter expert. This is not a pure people management role. We are seeking a highly hands-on leader who understands Net Suite inside and out and has personally configured, administered, optimized, and supported the platform in a growing organization.

This individual is more than an accounting leader. They are a true Oracle Net Suite power user who knows the platform inside and out. They have personally configured and administered Net Suite, led system improvements, and served as the go-to resource for ERP-related accounting processes. The successful candidate will bring a balance of strong accounting fundamentals, operational leadership, and deep Net Suite expertise to help scale a growing organization

• Lead ERP optimization initiatives, integrations, upgrades, and future enhancements.
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Oversee the general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting functions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.
• Serve as the primary Oracle Net Suite expert for the organization.
• Configure and maintain Net Suite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, roles, permissions, and customizations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across accounting and finance functions.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and executive leadership to enhance system capabilities and reporting.
• Develop scalable accounting processes to support continued business growth.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff while maintaining a hands-on leadership approach.

• Experience building workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields, and user roles within Net Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting operations.
• Proven experience administering, configuring, and optimizing Net Suite environments.
