You Should Know About the Wellness Center Receptionist Role:- May require an adjustment of schedule to accommodate departmental need.
- This position is based within Jefferson Regional.
- In this unique setting, daily interactions with a diverse clientele, including hospital staff, physicians, and visitors, are expected.
The Receptionist of the Wellness Center is responsible for greeting members, managing check-ins and checkouts. This role is also responsible for managing the front desk in a competent, professional, and enthusiastic manner. This includes answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handing membership registrations/payments.
Wellness Center ReceptionistQualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience as a receptionist, preferred.
- Experience at a wellness center a Plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work with others and deal with diversity.
- Must handle confidential information with integrity.
- Must be able to meet required deadlines, due dates and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours.
