You Should Know About the Wellness Center Receptionist Role:
  • May require an adjustment of schedule to accommodate departmental need.
  • This position is based within Jefferson Regional.
  • In this unique setting, daily interactions with a diverse clientele, including hospital staff, physicians, and visitors, are expected.
Job Summary:

The Receptionist of the Wellness Center is responsible for greeting members, managing check-ins and checkouts. This role is also responsible for managing the front desk in a competent, professional, and enthusiastic manner. This includes answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handing membership registrations/payments.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience as a receptionist, preferred.
  • Experience at a wellness center a Plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work with others and deal with diversity.
  • Must handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Must be able to meet required deadlines, due dates and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours.
