Oil Change Team Member

We are offering an opportunity for individuals to join our growing team of full‑time crew members and lube technicians. No experience required; we will train you to become a skilled lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill air in tires, and perform other light maintenance services.

Up to $15 per hour with base pay plus commissions and weekly bonuses. Pay is available on the same day through myFlexPay, and 50% of earnings can be accessed at any time.

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3‑ft deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be over 18 years of age (or over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)
