Sales Reporting & Analytics Lead, Walmart

Based in Bentonville, AR, this high‑impact role is the analytical backbone of our Walmart business. Sitting at the intersection of sales, category strategy, and retail execution, you will translate complex data into story‑driven recommendations that shape our strategy and influence Walmart merchants.

• Own the analysis of Walmart POS, inventory, and sell‑through data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards focusing on  and omni‑channel KPIs.
• Conduct item and category‑level analysis to inform assortment, line review, and modular planning recommendations.
• Use consumer panel data (e.g., Circana) to surface behavioral trends and key shopper insights.
• Develop fact‑based selling stories and strategic recommendations for Walmart buyers and internal leadership.
• Monitor and report on  performance metrics, including search rank, content scores, and review trends.

• Previous experience in sales analytics, category management, or shopper insights, preferably with direct Walmart account exposure.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related analytical discipline (preferred).
• Proficiency with Walmart's data platforms (Retail Link and Scintilla).
• Hands‑on experience with syndicated panel data (e.g., Circana, Nielsen) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience supporting Walmart line reviews or modular submissions is an asset.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Bentonville, AR, with the ability to travel up to 10%.

The anticipated pay range for candidates in Arkansas is $135,000 to $145,000 per annum.
