Provider Partnership Liaison (Little Rock, AR)
Position SummaryThe Provider Partnership Liaison is the primary relationship manager for our provider partners and the face of our plan in the local market. This role is dedicated to building strategic alignment and driving provider success through proactive, data‑driven engagement. The position focuses on building trust, influencing provider behavior, delivering performance insights, providing education on value‑based care initiatives, and serving as a strategic advisor.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Develop and foster strong, collaborative partnerships with physician practices and their leadership within an assigned geographic territory.
- Analyze provider‑specific data to identify performance trends, highlight opportunities for improvement, and present insights to practice leadership to improve operational and clinical performance.
- Conduct regular, strategic in‑person meetings with provider offices to review performance, introduce new quality and cost‑saving programs, and strengthen the partnership.
- Proactively solve complex provider issues by navigating internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider education, onboarding, and ongoing strategic support.
- Maintain a visible, in‑market presence through regular travel within the assigned territory.
- 3+ years of experience in a provider‑facing role such as provider relations, network management, or physician practice management.
- Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, value‑based care concepts, and provider performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and influence others using data.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate complex organizational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
- Residency within the assigned market (MO, KY, IL, or AR).
Normal office working conditions. Requires regular travel within the assigned territory.

Hiring range: $63,600.00 – $84,300.00. Base salary plus potential performance‑based incentive and/or equity based on role and performance.
