** About the Role
** Atlas Row is seeking an
** Client Success/Account Manager
** to oversee client strategy and team execution for our service-based business clients. This role is ideal for someone who has experience as an appointment/business development expert and has since moved into management, with proven ability to lead and coach teams of sales setters and oversee client-facing strategy.

** Key Responsibilities*
* • Partner with the Founder of Atlas Row to review client requests, refine strategy, and ensure seamless execution  
• Manage and provide oversight to offshore support teams, including sales setters, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed correctly  
• Track and manage business development campaigns across Linked In and email to ensure client pipelines are consistently growing  
• Assist with refining client strategy, spotting opportunities, and keeping campaigns aligned with client goals  
• Act as the main communication hub — maintaining proactive, professional communication with both clients and internal teams  
• Ensure metrics, daily logs, and client updates are consistently tracked in Notion and Slack    
** Qualifications*
* • Previous experience as an appointment setter / business development expert, with proven success booking calls and managing outreach campaigns  
• Experience managing teams of setters or sales staff, ideally in an agency or consulting environment  
• Strong strategy and communication skills, able to keep multiple client campaigns aligned and effective  
• 100% fluency in English, both written and spoken  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized  
• Comfortable managing multiple service-based clients simultaneously
** Work Schedule
** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time (US & Canada).
