Job Description:
We have an opening for a highly organized, strategic, and results‑driven Bar Program Sr. Project Manager, Luxury, to lead and support bar program initiatives across North America for luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands. This role serves as the operational backbone for beverage program execution, overseeing multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery across a diverse portfolio of properties.
The Bar Program Sr. Project Manager, Luxury will provide end‑to‑end project leadership for beverage initiatives, partnering closely with brand marketing, operations, creative services, suppliers, and property teams to bring innovative concepts to life. From menu development and digital training platforms to vendor coordination and operational rollouts, this individual will drive execution with precision while maintaining a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and a collaborative mindset that fosters strong cross‑functional relationships.

CoreResponsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project management of North American bar program initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple properties, brands, and stakeholders
- Manage complex timelines, track project status, and proactively communicate updates to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Oversee multiple concurrent work streams, including audits, menu strategy, vendor coordination, training programs, and operational rollouts
- Maintain rigorous follow‑up and accountability across all phases of project execution
- Own the end‑to‑end menu design and development process, from initial inquiry and concepting through creative direction, proofing, and final production, ensuring coordination with internal creative services teams and timely delivery to properties
- Support vendor‑related initiatives, including menu development, digital platforms, and brand activations, to ensure premium, cohesive execution
- Facilitate collaboration between brand marketing, operations, and supplier partners to bring programs to life at the property level
- Own the ongoing management and evolution of the beverage digital training platform, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand and program priorities
- Coordinate with internal teams, brand partners, and subject matter experts to develop, update, and deploy training modules that support program rollouts and operational excellence
- Maintain and manage databases tracking compliance, program adoption, openings, and exceptions across the portfolio
