As a Supply Chain Analyst Intern, you will assist in analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing supply chain processes. You will gain hands‑on experience working on projects that impact the organization’s operations and strategic decision‑making. This role offers the opportunity to develop analytical and problem‑solving skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain activities, identifying trends, and creating insights for decision‑making.
- Utilize MS Excel to develop and maintain dashboards, charts, and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate supply chain efficiency.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Presentations and Reporting:
- Support the creation of presentations and reports to communicate findings, analysis, and recommendations to team members and leadership.
- Prepare clear and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other tools to effectively convey key insights and project updates.
- Assist with tasks related to Zoho Suite, including CRM, Zoho Creator, and other modules, to optimize internal workflows and data tracking.
- Support process documentation and optimization efforts using Zoho applications.
- Administrative and Documentation Support:
- Organize and maintain documentation, including process flowcharts, standard operating procedures, and project timelines.
- Assist in organizing meetings, tracking project progress.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, v‑lookups, charts, and data analysis functions) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Zoho Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics) is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
