To support a growing micromobility organization, the full-time remote Strategy & Planning Program Manager, Fleet Allocation will manage asset allocation, build data-driven recommendations, and coordinate cross-functional execution across the Americas and APAC regions.
Key responsibilities:- Own asset allocation by managing intake, evaluation, recommendations, and tracking for asset requests
- Build recommendations using market metrics and operational readiness to maximize fleet ROI
- Coordinate execution by turning approved decisions into clear operational plans for cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL proficiency
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional work streams and drive execution independently
- Excellent stakeholder leadership skills, capable of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
