• Lead and facilitate PHAs, driving actionable outcomes across the site
• Own and develop the site PSM programme, improving compliance and performance
• Partner with engineering and operations to reduce process risk and enhance systems
• Influence and develop site capability, particularly within a growing engineering team

• Proven experience leading PHAs - not just participating
• Strong grounding in PSM elements including MOC, LOPA and incident investigation
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams
