Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for piping projects.
• Analyze HVAC and piping systems to determine cost, scope, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure quality, efficiency, and budget alignment.
• Develop thorough proposals and scope-of-work documents.
• Use your technical expertise to help the team win competitive bids.

Essential Job Functions/ Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
• Prior experience with Quote Soft preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of construction accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated team player with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
