Mobile Commercial Hospitality Superintendent

Cleveland Construction is hiring a Mobile Superintendent to lead high-profile commercial projects across the U.S. This hands-on role is ideal for a leader who is open to short-term and long-term travel, takes ownership of the job site, and delivers safe, high-quality results.

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
• OSHA 30
  
  Certified preferred+ Travel required
• 5+ years' experience in hospitality construction preferred

• Lead daily on-site construction operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

• Travel back homeup to2x a month
